Remember when we did this back in July? It’s sat in the back of the lower shelf of my pantry for the last five months turning dark, dark red and infusing the Maker’s Mark with cherry deliciousness.
It is everything I hoped. Cherry bounce and a few ice cubes is magic in a glass. Get ready for me to be drunk for the rest of December.*
* Honestly, though, be careful with the cherries. Everything was mellow and good and then I had one of the cherries and shit got real. My whisky breath right now is no joke.**
** I think it’s important to clarify that I wrote this last night and am not drinking at my desk at 10 in the morning on a Tuesday.
